プロフィール
国立音楽大学、同大学院修了。フライブルク国立音楽大学演奏家コースを「最優等」で卒業。第2回日本オルガンコンクール、第21回ブダペスト国際コンクール等、内外のコンクールで優勝。帰国以来、国内はもとよりヨーロッパ、アジアでも定期的に演奏すると同時に、内外のオーケストラとの共演や啓発活動にも積極的に携わる。2001年度文化庁短期特別派遣員。ライプツィヒ国際バッハ・コンクールなど、国際コンクールの審査員も務めている。ソニー・レコード、カメラータ・トウキョウ等から多くのCDをリリース。2013年度文化庁芸術祭レコード部門優秀賞受賞。2014年度下總睆一音楽賞受賞。現在、武蔵野市民文化会館で進行中のJ. S. バッハ全曲演奏会が好評を博している。2019年リリースの「D. ブクステフーデ・オルガン作品集（ロスキレ大聖堂／デンマーク）」（カメラータ）は、レコード芸術特選を獲得した。共編著に『オルガンの芸術』（道和書院、2019年）がある。2004年よりミューザ川崎シンフォニーホール・アドバイザー。2018年まで所沢市民文化センター・ミューズ・アドバイザー。聖徳大学名誉教授。武蔵野市民文化会館オルガンスクール講師。（一社）日本オルガニスト協会、日本オルガン研究会会員。

Profile
Matsui studied the organ at the Kunitachi College of Music. After finishing the master’s program there, she continued her studies at the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg and completed the national musicians course. While there, she won various competitions in Europa and other countries. After returning to Japan, she pursued new possibilities with the organ while at the same time engaging in a broad array of activities, giving recitals and performing with major orchestras and visiting orchestras.
Performing throughout Asia and Europe, Matsui is actively expanding the range of her activities and has participated in various events. In autumn 2001, she went to the Netherlands on a study abroad program for artists sponsored by the Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs. She has released a large number of CDs on Sony Records and other labels, and her album “J. S. Bach Organ Works”, released on Camerata Tokyo in 2011, was picked up in a special selection by The Record Geijutsu.
Matsui has been engaged in organ concert planning and educational activities as musical advisor at the Muza Kawasaki Symphony Hall since 2004.
She also serves as an organist at Koganei Church and is the member of the Japan Association of Organists and the Japan Organ Society. Matsui is also a professor emeritus at the Seitoku University.
